Is Otrivin nasal spray safe?
Otrivin nasal spray, active ingredient Xylometazoline HCl is used as a decongestant and should be used for that purpose. Overuse of any pharmaceutical can have its side effects. Amlodipine (Spelling) is used for the treatment of hypertension. Unless you have allergies to acetaminophen, aspirins or /and caffeine then it can be taken with or after the hypertensive medication. READ MORE
Is it ok to take Tums while taking Eliquis twice daily?
Question: did your heart burn or stomach discomfort start when you started with Eliquis? If so, then see your doctor. If not what is causing your stomach irritation, then consider discontinuing use of the irritant. Tums can be taken for minor relief, but are not a cure. Or, consider seeing your doctor. READ MORE

Hi, Couple of things can be done. Short term: get an antifungal (assuming it is) vaginal insert to be used for the duration on the package. Sitz bath twice daily and wash with clean water dry properly. Long Term: cut down on your sweet intake. Test for diabetes. Throat and lungs mucus plugs?
Hi, it would be nice to know that smoking and having asthma does NOT help your problem. Mucus plug becomes softer and easier to expel when the "inciting" factors are removed, (eg cold dry air, dust and dander, smoke which creates decrease bronchial ciliary hair movement} there is a good state of hydration, and a good mucus softening agent. Bromhexine in tabs or liquid might just help.. ...Try, other wise you might need to consult your physician. READ MORE

While taking antibiotics, most times it will cause a yeast vaginitis so create spotting or irritation with friction...treated with an insert for yeast infection can help...it can recur with high sweet intake...consider taking a test for Diabetes if recurrent. READ MORE

I hope you have discontinued using this medication. This looks quite erosive, sore with pustules ... so you will need to be assessed and treated by your physician. Please find one asap. Doctor Michael James and his staff has an excellent track record for great customer service. I find that Doctor James is easy to talk with and he simplifies his diagnosis in a language that is relatable. His staff is great with kids, the elderly; for me this is admirable.
