Dr. MOrales earned his Medical Degree from the National University of Trujillo Academy of Medicine. Established in 1824, ‘Universidad Nacional de Trujillo’ is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the city of Trujillo. Peru. Dr. Morales completed his residency in Psychiatry at Fairfield Hills Hospital, a now defunct psyciatric hospital in Newtown, CT that previously housed 4,000 patients.

Driven to further his expertise and knowledge, he gained a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Washington University.

He is currently a full faculty member and Chair, Child Analytic Committee at the St. Louis Psychoanalytic Institute, an educational center providing psychoanalytically oriented, professional training and continuing education through graduate, post-graduate and community education courses. The goal of the institute is to support healthy development of the mind and emotions. Dynamic partnerships are forged between therapist and patient, teacher and student,
