Vinson M. DiSanto, DO, PhD, CCN, CAFCI, BBEC, attended Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and was awarded his osteopathic medicine doctorate in 1986. His family medicine training followed at Phoenix General Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona, and his residency in occupational and environmental medicine was conducted at the University of California San Francisco School of Medicine in San Francisco, California (1990-1991). Dr. DiSanto then studied in both the United States and Sri Lanka through the Open International University for Complementary Medicine, where he was awarded both a Doctorate of Acupuncture and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Traditional/Oriental Medicine in 1992. Dr. DiSanto received board certification in family medicine from the American Board of Family Medicine, as well as board-certification in clinical nutrition from the American Clinical Board of Nutrition (Certified Clinical Nutritionist) and board-certification in anti-aging and rejuvenative medicine from the American Board of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine.
