A professional and caring geriatrician, Dr. Raziano is the Chief Medical Officer of Mercy LIFE in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. 

Mercy LIFE, a member of Trinity Health PACE, is a nationally recognized Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) providing comprehensive medical, health recreational and social services that are designed specifically for each person in an effort to promote independence at home. PACE has a 30+ year track record of successfully helping elderly individuals remain at home while receiving medical and social services to assist them to live independently.

In collaboration with Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic and trinity Health PACE, Dr. Raziano is affiliated with Mercy Fitzgerald Medical Center, Nazareth Hospital, and St. Mary Medical Center. She has over twenty years of experience in practicing medicine and healthcare leadership roles.

Achieving fellowship status, she is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and a Fellow of the American Geriatrics Society.

In regards to her educational background, Dr. Raziano graduated with her medical degree from the Creighton University School of Medicine in 1996. She then went on to perform her internship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, her residency in internal medicine at Lehigh Valley Hospital, and her fellowship in geriatric medicine with the University of Pennsylvania Health System.

Holding triple board certification, she is board-certified in family medicine, geriatric medicine & hospice and palliative medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a non-profit, independent medical association of American physicians who practice in adult medicine and internal medicine sub-specialties.
