In his spare time, Dr. Koonce is a member of several medical organizations that promote continued education, and is on staff at Arkansas Children's Hospital; a pediatric hospital and a Level I trauma center located in Little Rock that is ranked sixth largest in the United States, serving children from birth to age twenty-one.
