  • Does finger surgery require local anesthesia?

In most hospitals, surgery on the hand and wrist is usually performed using regional anesthesia and intravenous sedation, or general anesthesia. Patients must undergo preoperative tests, fast starting the night before, and spend an hour or more in a recovery room. READ MORE

  • How do you regain your arm movement after a stroke?

Physical and occupational therapy will help the brain remember how the arm moves and functions. Also at home, you can use your healthy Arm Assistance (hand-over-hand) doing easy exercises. For example, wiping flat surfaces in a left to right and top to bottom direction. For more information about occupational therapy please contact our office. READ MORE

  • What is the hardest part of returning to work for injured workers?

The hardest part for the patient to return to work after injury is when your company medical examiner disagrees with your treating physician’s medical opinion on how and when to return safely to work. That of course has to do with your work compensation claims. It is hard to resolve a dispute when it is about your body's needs and your company policy or demands. So, because you don’t want to lose your benefits, you must return to work. No one likes to be pushed for limited benefits, or to deny their claim entirely. I hope your company has a relaxed and organized policy for you to return safely to your routine. Best of luck! Dr. Ayoub READ MORE

  • How long will I need off work after a laparoscopy?

Your company medical examiner should follow the state occupational medicine protocol to permit your being back to work. Of course, you’d give him all the medical history including the bleeding event. Best of luck. READ MORE

  • How can I get workers comp if I was injured during a shipping mistake?

It looks like a personal injury case more than a workers compensation case because of the nature of the injury ( shipment mistake)... in that case in addition to your company ‘s doctor who is evaluating the degree of your physical injury claim, you could also ask a lawyer to sue the employer’s negligence that caused the mistaken injury. Best of luck! READ MORE

  • Can you work in nuclear medicine if you have pre-existing respiratory conditions?

I would like to ask for more detailed medical history of your respiratory problems, but you can always make your own decision by simply asking for the Employee’s safety handbook and guidelines. • What can we do to ease down stress levels among our employees?

Almost every job has unique and unfamiliar stresses to it. Environmental health practitioners can design stress-free environments and plan individual and organizational stress management programs. It is our responsibility as employers to bring down or ease the work-related stress and protect our employees from the beginning, even when we manage and start the hiring process. It is essential to remind the individual who chooses to join our organizational work that nothing significant in the world has ever been accomplished without passion. Passion is an energy, it is what drives us to do what we enjoy. So it is essential that the individual, when offered the opportunity to work, has the choice to decide whether or not that job is where their passion lies. Employers should then invest in the organizational infrastructure of the prereplacement examination, provide a necessary job description, expectations, resources, and, moving forward, invest in the development of their employee's skills. Employers also have to evaluate the work enviroment periodically as well as examine the employees. We call it the "periodic monitoring examination" (PME). The PME result is the primary preventive measure that is essential for assessing any work-related problems. Then, we can compare each individual's PME results with their initial Preplacement Eximantion (PPE) and baseline results. Finally, help your employees to take responsibility for their work, build their self-confidence, and enable them to create a stress-free environment to accomplish their goals. Dr. Ayoub used reconnective therapy on my daughter's severe neck pain. Within no time she had complete relief. Dr. Ayoub took thoughtful and sincere care of her. Now, my daughter is using her healing hands on anyone who lets her. Thank you Dr. Ayoub!

I'm doing very well! Still following a clean/gluten free diet and I'm training for a fitness competition in April. I'm feeling great. Haven't been sick in over 2 years!

Absolutely, I've had a tremendous amount of messages from having the "Energy Healing" session and I'm on a clear path toward resolving the core issue to my sleeping problem, which has also been revealed to me. Also, I jump-started my fermentation foods again, and have brought out all my material on the alkaline diet. I just needed a push back in the right direction and going to you did so for me. I'm very pro-active with my well being and I feel solidly connected to the universe right now. Thank you for your intuitive energy.
