Yes, it can be something else. That's why we need to do a work-up for lumbar pain, as it could be anything from Hip Bursitis, Facet joint syndrome, Sacroiliac artropathy, Disc herniation, piriform syndrome, abnormal musculoskeletal sprain. Long term narcotic use
Constipation is a side effect of narcotics. They should not be prescribed for a long period of time because of the chemical dependance, addiction, and tolerance. The natural remedy is to start tapering down. Don't start using another medication for a side effect. READ MORE
