Low hemoglobin in hypothyroid patients in the setting of normal serum iron, vitamin B12, and folate is common and can be normalized with levothyroxine administration and iron supplements even if iron levels are normal. Taking Aleve?
It depends on your medical history. If you have high blood pressure or gastric reflux or bleeding problems it is best to avoid Aleve or Advil. If not the max dose is 2 weeks. You may experience some mild stomach upset so take it with food. READ MORE
What kind of food should I eat if I have gastritis?
It’s more about what to avoid. Eliminate tomatoes, acidic foods, fried foods, coffee, chocolate, peppermint and lentils and alcohol. Also drink lots of water And don’t eat at least 2-3 hours before bedtime. Try to keep your head elevated at 45 degrees when you lie down. READ MORE

Yoga alone will not help you lose weight, it depends on the type of yoga as well. If it involves using body weight and conditioning as well as some form of aerobics, then yes. My symptoms started two months ago with dizziness that progressed?
Hi you will need to tell me more about what you mean. Is the room spinning? Does it happen when you change positions? Are you feeling faint? You will need to get a few tests like bloodwork for iron and b12 levels and check your heart. Make sure you are drinking 2L of water daily. READ MORE
