Hello! The best piece of advice I can give would be to visit your dental professional. A good hygiene cleaning might be in order, or perhaps something a little deeper like scaling. There are also a number of mouthwashes that will help with the issue. Instead of traditional flossing, water flossers might be a better route to go.
