Simon has an extensive acumen in business strategy and process improvement in healthcare service delivery optimisation. Since 2008, Simon has been managing a brand new 17 chair dental facility for Australia's largest Not-For-Profit health insurance company. In 2017 this will be expanded to include a day surgery and allied health facilities for which Simon is being promoted to manage. Simon has completed his Directorship Foundation studies with the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Simon is a current board director of Australian Taekwondo - the peak membership national body representing Taekwondo athletes in Australia, and representing the Australian Sports Commission. Simon is an enthusiastic Social Action and Civil Rights Entrepreneur. Since 2012, Simon has been teaching fitness, self-esteem, confidence, and self-defence at Spirit – a youth and adult development organisation in Brookvale Sydney. Simon also volunteers regularly as a youth leader for St Vincent De Paul Charity in Sydney.
