Try to be on a low salt diet. Also, dietary restrictions depend on your phosphorus, potassium, etc. Usually, dialysis pt’s have high potassium and phosphorus and try to be on low potassium and phosphorus diet. also should be on fluid restriction also. READ MORE
What is the best procedure to remove kidney stones?

How long is strict bed rest necessary after the renal biopsy?
After a kidney biopsy, you have to lie down on your back for a few hours. After that, you should avoid strenuous activities for about a week. READ MORE

You have urinary retention most likely from an enlarged prostate. Immediate urinate catheter placement is needed to relieve the bladder outlet obstruction. Also, you need to see a urologist for further management. READ MORE

Need to rule out kidney stone. Kidney ultrasound or CT kidney with stone protocol will aid in the diagnosis. Also check urine analysis and renal function. If blood in the urine persists, you should see a urologist to look in to your bladder again, esp considering your age. READ MORE

1. Avoid high potassium-containing foods like tomatoes, bananas, oranges, etc. 2. Avoid constipation. 3. Some meds can cause hyperkalemia. Your doctor can give meds for high K.
