She is currently serving patients at her private practice – Boost Your Beauty Medispa – in Merrick, New York. Boost Your Beauty Medispa is a very patient-focused practice that offers a wide variety of services, including botox, microneedling, chemical peels, fillers, facials, and more. Filomena and the team of expert aestheticians provide carefully applied treatments to boost a patient’s appearance and help make them look more youthful.

Filomena is also affiliated with Bodian Dermatology & Medical Day Spa in Great Neck Plaza, New York. Bodian Dermatology & Medical Day Spa was created in 2005 to provide individuals with comprehensive treatments for all of their skin care needs, both medical and cosmetic. Filomena is currently the Secretary of the New York Society of Physician Assistants. Her passion lies in the aesthetic aspect of dermatology, which is reflected by her expertise in Botox injections, filler injections, and laser treatments.

Filomena graduated from the New York Institute of Technology (NYIT) with honors in Physician Assistant Studies. There, she was presented with the Outstanding Clinical Performance Award.

A Physician Assistant (PA) is a health care practitioner who practices medicine in collaboration with or under the (indirect) supervision of a physician, depending on state laws (equivalent to a nurse practitioner). The designation RPA-C stands for Registered Physician Assistant – Certified and may be used only by PAs who have successfully completed the NCCPA certifying examination and possess a valid certification.
