Is a TSH value of 3.17 normal in 9 months of pregnancy?
A TSH level of 3.17 in the third trimester of pregnancy is on the upper end of the normal range. Depending on whether or not you have any clinical manifestations, I would recommend that you have your free T4 levels checked to see if overt hypothyroidism or subclinical hypothyroidism correlates with your laboratory values as well as your clinical symptoms. Remember that these normal ranges are dependent upon your age as well. If you have any major concerns, I would recommend that you speak with a endocrinologist physician. I hope this helps. READ MORE
