Cabe Owens, MD, PhD, is an established Physician / Neurophysiologist maintaining his own private practice, Cabe Owens MD PhD PLLC, dba NeuroSentinel Physician Services, located in Houston, Texas. He also holds a bachelor degree of science in nuclear engineering from Cornell University acquired in 1981 and a master degree of engineering received at Brown University in 1985.
