I was not informed of the process of their "phone call" and waited over a half hour with no call. Finally calling the office i was told you have to sign in on a computer, no one EVER mentioned that to me. Someone did call the day before while i was in LA traffic , trying to GB o to another apt and I told them I was driving and unable to speak and could barely hear them. So asked them to call me back or send me an email...their email is generic and therefore was trashed without knowing it was theirs. Poor communication is not what I need right now.
