Get to know Pediatric Otolaryngologist Dr. Spencer Lindsey, who serves patients in Columbus, Ohio.

Dr. Lindsey is a pediatric otolaryngologist whose clinical interests include general pediatric ENT concerns, endoscopic ear surgery, aerodigestive management, and pediatric sleep disorders. 

Currently, he serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, and as an active faculty member in the Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery.

Practicing medicine within the state of Ohio, he is affiliated with Westerville Surgery Center, Marysville Close To Home Center with Urgent Care, Dublin Close To Home Center at 5665 Venture Drive, Mansfield Close To Home Center, Ohio Pediatric Care Alliance – Springfield, and Nationwide Children’s Hospital – Toledo.

Throughout his academic career, Dr. Lindsey attended The Ohio State University College of Medicine, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He then completed his residency in Washington, D.C. at Medstar Georgetown University Hospital. He spent an additional year completing a fellowship in pediatric otolaryngology at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. 

A trusted member of the medical community, the doctor is board-certified in otolaryngology and pediatric otolaryngology by the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. It is a non-profit corporation that has set the mission of ensuring professional standards with certificates and memberships and has offered training in the fields of head neck surgery to professionals since 1924.

Holding an academic rank, Dr. Lindsey serves as a Professor of Clinical Otolaryngology at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. 

Among his professional affiliations, he is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, and a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society.
