Educated in the United States, Dr. Gross graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown College in Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, and then went on to graduate from the University of Louisville Medical School in 2014. After completing a two-year research fellowship concentrating on ocular blood flow and its effects on eye diseases at the Indiana University Department of Ophthalmology, he returned to the University of Louisville where he completed his residency in ophthalmology.
