Dr. Avianne Hospedales, a tenured board certified internist with over a decade of experience, is making waves in the medical community with her innovative approach to preventive care. Having witnessed the struggles of her mother during a battle with stage 4 colon cancer, Dr. Hospedales’s journey into medicine has been shaped by a deeply personal understanding of the importance of early intervention and preventive care.

During her internal medicine residency, Dr. Hospedales recognized the critical need for patients to embrace preventive measures, especially when faced with chronic illnesses. This realization propelled her to specialize in Internal Medicine, where she has dedicated her career to addressing the complex healthcare needs of her patients. 

At a value-based care practice in South Florida, Dr. Hospedales provided compassionate care to seniors dealing with chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and cholesterol issues. Her experiences during this time reinforced her belief in the necessity of a personalized healthcare approach that prioritizes the individual needs of each patient.

In pursuit of her vision for a more holistic healthcare model, Dr. Hospedales co-founded Curated Care, a concierge medical practice in Delray Beach, Florida focused on longevity and ultra-prevention. Here, she combines her extensive knowledge as a Board-Certified Internist with her qualifications as a Master Certified Professional Coach. This unique blend allows her to tailor her practice to meet the diverse needs of her patients, fostering a cooperative doctor-patient relationship.

At Curated Care, Dr. Hospedales champions a holistic approach. She utilizes advanced diagnostics and integrates functional medicine with traditional medical practices. Her mission is to improve lives through compassionate, innovative and personalized care.

Beyond her practice, Dr. Hospedales is passionate about giving back to the community. She volunteers as a frontline physician at Caridad Center, Florida’s largest free clinic, where she provides care to uninsured patients from various backgrounds.
