For more than 25 years, Fredericksburg Foot & Ankle Center has provided Fredericksburg area families advanced clinical and surgical treatment of foot and ankle problems including sports injuries, plantar fasciitis, custom orthotics, pediatric foot & ankle disorders, reconstructive surgery, diabetic foot problems, heel pain, wound care, stress fractures, foot and ankle fractures, foot and ankle trauma, and other common injuries and conditions of the foot and ankle. The board-certified foot & ankle doctors and trained staff utilize the latest technological advances including digital x-rays, diagnostic ultrasound, and digital scanning for custom orthotics to ensure patients receive the highest quality foot and ankle care. They have the expertise to care for every member of the family from infants to the elderly in a respectful, pleasant, and friendly environment.

A native of Edgewater, Maryland, Dr. Goulash received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from George Mason University. She then went on to earn her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Midwestern University, College of Health Sciences in Glendale, Arizona.

Furthering her training, she performed her residency in reconstructive and trauma foot and ankle surgery at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, Connecticut. She followed this up with a fellowship in lower extremity reconstruction and limb deformity correction at Foot & Ankle Specialists of Ohio in Mentor. 

The doctor is board-certified through the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery, whose mission is to protect and improve the health and welfare of the public by the advancement of the art and science of podiatric surgery.

In good standing with a number of professional organizations, Dr. Gulosh is a member of the American Microsurgical Orthoplastic Society, the American Podiatric Medical Association, and the Virginia Podiatric Medical Association. She is also an Associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and an Associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Pediatrics.

She played Division 1 lacrosse for George Mason University between 2003 and 2007, and before moving to Virginia, she coached high school girls lacrosse in Northeast Ohio. She enjoys adventure fitness, working with the Special Olympics, and pottery.
