Get to know Otolaryngologist Dr. Jessica Lynn Riccio, who serves patients in New York.

Dr. Riccio is a board-certified otolaryngologist and surgeon who joined Albany ENT & Allergy Services, PC in New York in 2017. She has a special interest in the areas of allergy, sleep medicine, chronic sinusitis, chronic tonsillitis, and laryngeal disorders.

A proud member of the Capital Region community, Dr. Riccio welcomes all patients seeking treatment for ailments involving the ear, nose, and throat. She offers her patients a wide range of in-office procedures, including balloon sinus dilation, nasal valve repair, and turbinate reduction.

Academically, Dr. Riccio received her undergraduate degree from Siena College and earned her medical degree from Albany Medical College. She then went on to serve both her internship and residency in otolaryngology – head and neck surgery at Albany Medical Center.

Subsequent to her education, she attained board certification in otolaryngology through the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. It is a non-profit corporation that has set the mission of ensuring professional standards with certificates and memberships and has offered training in the fields of head neck surgery to professionals since 1924.

Among her professional affiliations, Dr. Riccio is an active member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery, the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy, the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, and the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.

Otolaryngology is the oldest medical specialty in the United States. Pediatric otolaryngologists are primarily concerned with medical and surgical treatment of ear, nose, and throat diseases in children. They generally provide the following services: diagnosis and treatment of ear, nose, and throat disorders, as well as head and neck diseases.
