Dr. Valle Giler, a highly-trained pulmonary, critical care and sleep medicine physician, who practices at NCH Healthcare System – in Naples, Florida.

Locally, he is affiliated with NCH Baker Downtown Hospital and NCH North Naples Hospital in Naples Florida.

In regards to his educational background, Dr. Valle Giler graduated  from Universidad Catolica  Santiago de Guayaquil, Guayaquil- Ecuador  as Summa Cum Laude. He worked as a teacher assistant of Pharmacology at the same university.  He then completed his internship and  residency in internal medicine at University of Miami / Jackson Memorial Hospital / Miami-Florida, followed by a  fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care at University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, Galveston – Texas  followed by an additional fellowship in Sleep Medicine at University of Miami /Jackson Memorial Hospital, Miami-Florida.

With over one decade of experience, he is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, Critical Care Medicine and Sleep Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.

Among Dr. Valle Giler’s professional affiliations include the Collier County Medical Society,  American Academy of Sleep Medicine, the American College of Chest Physicians, and the American Thoracic Society. Dr Valle Giler is also the Director of the Sleep Center at Naples Healthcare System since 2018.
