Dr. Brandon McNally is a double board-certified dermatologist and dermatopathologist by the American Board of Dermatology. He is a native of Frankenmuth, Michigan and an 15-year veteran of the United States Army.
Dr. McNally is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a fellow of the American Society of Dermatopathology.
He graduated summa cum laude from Alma College with a Bachelor of Science in chemistry, having received the departmental award for the highest GPA in his graduating class. He was a three-year letter winner and team captain of the golf team as well as MVP during his senior year.
Dr. McNally earned his medical degree at the Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan.
He completed his residency training in dermatology at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. There he received extensive training in medical, surgical, cosmetic, and pediatric dermatology. Dr. McNally went on to complete a prestigious fellowship in dermatopathology under the direction of Dr. Loren Golitz, at the University of Colorado, Denver. This fellowship training allows him to expertly diagnose skin cancer and skin disease.
Dr. McNally is proud to have served our nation as an active duty U.S. Army physician for 11 years. Following his graduation from fellowship training, he taught on faculty at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas then served as the Chief of Dermatology at Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. During his military career, Dr. McNally deployed to Afghanistan as a battalion surgeon with the 101st Airborne Division 2nd Brigade Combat Team in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. For his meritorious service in a combat zone, Dr. McNally was awarded a Bronze Star.
In his free time, he enjoys an active lifestyle and traveling with his wife and children. Dr. McNally remains an avid golfer. As a son, father, brother, and husband, he values the importance of family and derives great professional satisfaction from delivering highest quality care to his patients and their family members.
