    Do not try to be even with each child. They see that as not genuine. Fair yes but not necessarily totally equal. Each child must get what they "need" at the time. As a trauma professional, she is certified for the Disaster Assistance Relief Team.

To stay up to date in her field, Marilyn maintains a professional membership with the Association of Trauma Professionals (ATP). The ATP is a non-profit organization specializing in offering professional certifications in trauma assessment and treatment. They promote the highest standards in accredited certifications for today’s mental health professionals.
