Chlamydia Testing
False positive Chlamydia test results occur <1% of the time. Thus I would not disregard the positive test. A test can be positive for up to 3-4 weeks after treatment, but I can’t say that a negative test after 5 days of treatment makes the first one a false positive. Complete the course of antibiotics.
