A dedicated acupuncturist with over two decades of experience, Ashley continues to redefine the approach to health and wellness in the Key West community. With a profound commitment to holistic therapies, she champions the philosophy that “Our focus is on ‘wellness’, not ‘illness’.” This guiding principle has shaped her practice since 1988, leading to her significant contributions to the local healthcare landscape.

Her impressive educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Educational Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Science. She is equipped with numerous certifications, including Licensed Massage Therapist, Licentiate and Advanced Licentiate in Acupuncture, and Master of Acupuncture. This robust foundation enables her to offer a wide array of therapeutic modalities to her patients.

As a certified practitioner of Classic Chinese Acupuncture, Ashley specializes in various techniques that enhance her treatment capabilities. Her expertise encompasses 5-element acupuncture, Auricular acupuncture beneficial for drug rehabilitation, Moxibustion, electro-acupuncture, acupressure, AcuGraph diagnostics, cupping, and much more. Her passion for holistic health extends beyond her practice; she was instrumental in the creation of a comprehensive “Wellness Directory” for Key West, a project that took 18 months to develop.

On a more personal note, her dedication to improving health resources in Key West is matched by her love for the outdoors. When she’s not treating patients, she enjoys the beauty of the waters surrounding Key West, often found diving and spearfishing with her cherished pet, Taz, a Pom-Chi. 

With her extensive knowledge and community-oriented approach, Ashley is not only enhancing the understanding of holistic health practices but is also fostering a supportive network for wellness in Key West.
