Get to know Dentist Dr. Leila Del Carmen Soto Villamil, who serves patients in Houston, Texas.

A top professional in the field of dentistry, Dr. Soto sees patients at Brident Dental and Orthodontics in Houston, Texas.

Before embarking on her professional journey, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in General Sciences from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus in 2010. She graduated with her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Dental Medicine in 2014. She also completed a General Practice Residency at the Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center in 2015, becoming Chief Resident at the Montefiore Hospital the following year. 

Remaining up to date in her field, Dr. Soto is an active member of the American Association of Dental Research, the American Association of Women Dentists, the American Dental Association, the Houston Hispanic Dental Association. 

Her passion is to help patients of all backgrounds understand the importance of Dental Health and helping them to achieve it. 

On a more personal note, she is fluent in both English and Spanish, is mother of twin boys, loves spending time with her family and dancing puertorrican folkloric dance.
