Growing up in the Marion / Cedar Rapids area, Dr. Deb followed in her father’s footsteps to become one of the best local dentists. She graduated with her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 1992.
Her commitment to excellence in dentistry is evident through her dedication to continuing education. She sought advanced training in smile makeovers at the renowned Pacific Aesthetic Continuum, offered by the University of the Pacific. Additionally, her pursuit of excellence led her to the Hornbrook Group Center for Advanced Clinical Education in Chicago, where she honed her skills further.
Recognizing the importance of staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in dental technology, Dr. Deb also underwent specialized training at Gerety Orthodontic Training and the Institute for Advanced Laser Dentistry. Her expertise in implant dentistry is a testament to her completion of Implant Seminars Training.
After graduating and working for a husband and wife dental team, Dr. Deb rented space at her dad’s dental practice before opening her own practice in 2000.
With over 20 years of experience, she believes in doing dentistry differently – where you’re in charge of your health, and she’s your partner for a beautiful, healthy smile! She loves creating long-term relationships with her patients and helping them maintain their teeth and gums for a lifetime.
Among her professional affiliations, Dr. Deb is an active member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Linn County Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Academy Iowa Dental Association, the International Dental Implant Association, and the Institute of Laser Dentistry.
