Interventional pain management or interventional pain medicine is a medical subspecialty which treats pain with invasive interventions such as facet joint injections, nerve blocks, neuroaugmentation, vertebroplasty, kyphoplasty, nucleoplasty, endoscopic discectomy, and implantable drug delivery system. Interventional pain management physicians focus on the evaluation, treatment, and prevention of pain.

Outside of practicing medicine, Dr. Orji enjoys spending free time with his wife and daughters, as well as playing and watching sports, including playing basketball in his town’s recreational league. He also enjoys teaching/tutoring math and still finds time to do so through various platforms.
