- Mrs.
I have been seeing Pennie Carnes for a couple months now. She has helped me more in that amount of time than any other therapists I've ever had! I highly recommend her. She respects your time and others. She is definitely one who will be real with you. She provides many resources for you to work with that prompts growth and understanding. She communicates in a manner that helps you to understand what's behind the things that are affecting your life. She has experience in EMDR (which was a huge helper for me) as well as serving as a sexual addiction therapist. If you are tired of not getting results from your therapist I would recommend researching Pennie Carnes out, you'll be thankful you did!
