Mx. Michele James-parham (they/them/theirs) here! I am a queer, trans nonbinary, Romani, disabled, & traditional community midwife of 21+yrs, herbalist, and inclusive sex education teacher in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I primarily serve low-income, queer, gender-diverse, teen, and IBPOC clients. Locally, I serve as the Queer & Transgender Reproductive Justice Director for Pittsburgh Birth Project. And I'm going back to school to get my DO in Family Medicine.

My practice is inclusive, sex-positive, & body-positive. My services are available to all persons regardless of religion, race/ethnicity, sex/gender, sexuality, gender expression, (dis)abilities, weight, age, relationship status/family structure, or immigration status.

I practice full spectrum midwifery: support & midwifery care is provided to anyone expecting any pregnancy outcome, be it birth, adoption, surrogacy, miscarriage, stillbirth, or abortion.
