Wellbutrin can increase the levels of Cymbalta. This may or may not be a side effect of Cymbalta. I would suggest stopping the Cymbalta for a few days and see if the vomiting stops or not and if it does, you may want to reinitiate the Cymbalta at 20 mg instead of 30 mg and see if this problem happens again.
