I am a counselor offering Online Therapy in the state of Pennsylvania. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over ten years of experience counseling individuals who have had various emotional and behavioral concerns. Utilizing evidenced based interventions, I’ve assisted individuals in overcoming the following issues: depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, life changes, parenting challenges, and self-esteem problems.
My approach to counseling is rooted in tenets of Person Centered Theory. I listen to my clients non-judgmentally and provide them with an empathetic and genuine counseling experience. I glean from Motivational Interviewing approaches to help clients work towards the change they desire. As well as utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approaches that can challenge negative thought patterns to address unwanted feelings and behaviors.
