Dr. Kourosh Tavanaiepour practices Neurological Surgery in Jacksonville, FL. Dr. Kourosh Tavanaiepour is board certified and fellowship trained with over 10 years of experience in the medical field.  He graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine medical school in 2010.  He is affiliated with UF Health Jacksonville as an Associate Professor and the Medical Director for the Comprehensive Spine Center.  He specializes in complex spine, minimally invasive and revision surgery; however, he treats all conditions related to the spine.
