Get to know Certified Physician Assistant Ms. Hanh Cline, who serves patients in Redding, California.

Ms. Cline is a highly experienced and qualified advanced practice provider with a specialization in urogynecology. In addition to her main area of focus, she also practices general gynecology and internal medicine. 

Dedicating herself to the healthcare needs of the Redding/Cottonwood community since 2003, Ms. Cline is known for delivering unwaveringly dedicated and compassionate care to her patients. As of March 6, 2023, she transitioned her practice to Pulse Urgent Care Center, Women’s Health Division.

There, she expands her services to offer comprehensive general GYN care, including annual pap smears, breast lump/exams, STD screenings, birth control consultations, urinary tract infection management, vaginal discharge evaluation, wart and skin tag removal, and clinical non-surgical urogynecology services. Her urogynecological expertise encompasses urinary incontinence, Interstim programming evaluations and treatments, and Ms. Cline also facilitates specialty referrals as needed.

Her impressive academic journey commenced with graduation from the esteemed Madison, Wisconsin Medical School – Physician Assistant program in 2002. Her extensive career, spanning over two decades, began in family practice and internal medicine, where she dedicated her initial ten years. During this phase, she held roles as a Fampact provider and a CHDP provider.

For the past decade, Ms. Cline has collaborated closely with Dr. Jorge Pena in OB/GYN and Dr. Richard Mooney in urogynecology at Women’s Healthcare Associates of Redding. She has exhibited notable proficiency in addressing female incontinence and conditions like uterine/vaginal prolapse. Furthermore, she has played a pivotal role in assisting urogynecologists with urodynamics testing, performing the Mona Lisa Touch procedure, and providing comprehensive care to post-surgical patients, including conducting bladder trials. Her exceptional skill extends to managing patients with urine retention and handling all non-surgical cases of incontinence.

Ms. Cline’s remarkable credentials include certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), board certification in California, membership in the American Urogynecologic Society, and a consistent track record of fulfilling her Continuing Education credits since 2021.

A physician assistant is a health care practitioner who practices medicine in collaboration with physicians. They examine patients, prescribe medicine, and order diagnostic tests. In most cases, they work under the supervision of physicians or surgeons, but they can work more independently in some states, rural areas, and inner-city areas, consulting with physicians only when they need help with cases.
