With over 14 years of healthcare experience under my belt, I've dedicated eight years of my career as a Nurse Practitioner. Throughout my journey, I've encountered a myriad of chronic illnesses, from diabetes and hypertension to anxiety and depression. My approach to patient care is rooted in a holistic perspective, although I'm not hesitant to provide support and prescribe medications when necessary.

 

One of my areas of expertise revolves around treating patients with ADHD, employing a multifaceted treatment plan. While I refrain from prescribing stimulants, I've achieved considerable success in supporting and treating patients. This success stems from a comprehensive approach, addressing life skills, identifying aspects in the patient's life exacerbating their ADHD, and implementing strategies to manage executive dysfunction.

 

My focus is unwaveringly on getting to the root of the problem, executed with immense compassion and care. In my treatment methodology, I prioritize understanding the core issues through empathy and infuse holistic methods supported by evidence-based research. It's my belief that this approach not only addresses symptoms but also fosters long-lasting well-being for my patients.
