With a broad educational background, Dr. Plaud graduated with her medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine in 1997. She then went on to perform her internship in pediatrics at the same educational venue in 1998, followed by her residency in pediatrics at Stanford University Medical Center in 2000.
