Christine Schwiebert

Physician Assistant

About

Christine Schwiebert is a Physician Assistant (PA) practicing in Dallas, TX. Her specialty is first assisting in cardiothoracic surgery in both pediatrics and adults. PAs are licensed clinicians who practice medicine in every specialty and setting but Christine knew early on in training that she belonged in the operating room. After graduating with honors from Nova Southeastern University, she worked at Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital for 5 years where she was trained in pediatric and adult congenital cardiothoracic surgery. Christine moved to Dallas 3 years ago where she continues to work in congenital cardiothoracic surgery at Medical City Dallas Children's Hospital and does adult CT surgery at multiple hospital systems around the DFW area. In her free time Christine loves to ride dirt bikes, do yoga, go to the Dallas Arboretum, travel, and walk around White Rock Lake. She is originally from San Diego, CA and goes back often to visit her family. Christine comes from a big family and says she gets her strong work ethic from the example her parents set. Being one of six kids growing up gifted her the ability to multitask and thrive in chaos, all of which helped mold her for her future in the operating room. When asked who or what she attributed her success to, her answer was “I do not take any credit for who or what I am today. It was all Jesus and I am so grateful for all the blessings I have been given.”
