    Hello, Developing fear of something has to do with your increased awareness of surviving. Oftentimes, a new parent will develop anxiety over surviving, since they need to be there to raise their child. The ONLY treatment for anxiety is therapy. You can take medications to relieve the symptoms, but it will not cure your anxiety. You'll need to engage in psychological treatment for anxiety (it does not take too long!).   • How do I know if my wife is a nymphomaniac?

    Only assessing her can you know for sure what's happening to her. A sudden increase in libido could be caused by hormonal changes. (Any new medication?) Each person has a particular level of sex energy and should listen to their body when that energy should be released (through sex, masturbation, or exercising). As her partner, you both should have a conversation of how often your sex energy needs a release and how you will both do that. A question I have for you is: is this an increase of libido or is she now being more comfortable with her sexuality and allowing you to witness her masturbating?
