About

I spent 24 years providing direct patient care to individuals suffering from acute and chronic illnesses in hospitals, nursing homes, private homes and private medical offices. I have worked on nearly every patient floor in three different hospitals. I have seen nearly every type of illness and disease our society faces today. During my years of caring for the ill and diseased, I wondered why the number of people suffering from illness continues to rise every year when we’ve seen such advancements in science, testing, screening, surgery and medication.

Then it dawned on me and I suddenly I realized that the current state of our health care industry, being driven by the pharmaceutical companies and medical facilities, is teaching people how to be sick instead of how to be well.  It offers, not the cure, but, only the diagnostics and treatment methods through which one can cope with the misery of the symptoms they are suffering from.

Watching our population suffer to such a massive extent inspired me to develop a simple 10 step plan to help people understand wellness and conquer chronic illness.

Stepping back to look at the big picture, its simple to recognize several things that seem to accelerate the spread of illness and disease. 1. We live at a much faster pace today, which has increased our level of stress and driven us to create methods of convenience. 2. We have developed all sorts of chemical warfare against insects to improve crop yields and feed the masses, which has ultimately corrupted our food chain and poisoned our food. 3. Most of our population lives and works in large cities, resulting in very few people owning gardens to feed their families.  This means most food is bought at a supermarket, leaving the masses to the mercy of corporate America, who is focused on money, not health. This is a dangerous position.

I think back a few hundred years when this country belonged to the Native Americans and the land was cared for with respect. Animals were hunted only as needed and the entire animal was used for the benefit of all. Streams were pure, and fish were healthy. These people took from the streams and lakes only what they needed for that day. The things they couldn’t hunt were gathered freely from the earth. The only source of transportation was on foot or horseback.Exercise was a way of life. They were in harmonious sync with the earth and the nature around them. That was a safe position.

So, I went back to school. I began to look again at the basics and the natural state of the human body. I wanted to understand our human machine and simplify its inner workings so that the readers and listeners of this book could easily understand how their body works. If you can understand a few simple facts about how your body behaves, you can initiate your own restoration to health.

I offer 10 proven steps for conquering chronic illness to those looking to restore their health.  These steps may challenge your beliefs and your lifestyle as they highlight truth. People often respond with, “I do what I want, and I eat how I want.” These 10 steps are simple but may not feel easy.  They are however, specially designed for anyone suffering from chronic illness and/or chronic pain who desires a better life.

I encourage you to open your mind and discover that YOU are NOT what You THOUGHT! - that restoration to health IS possible!

nothing but fruit at breakfast. Alternate between citrus fruits especially pineapple for men and melon on a different day, especially watermelon for men and berries on yet a different day. Do NOT mix them all together. Bananas go with berries only. For lunch consume a clean (no antibiotics, no hormones and free range grass fed only animal flesh (i.e. cow, chicken, duck, lamb, goat, deer, and elk). Hunt when possible. Wild caught only - fish ( never farmed) with both scales and fins. Those are your animal proteins. You can also choose non-animal proteins such as beans, lentils and cooked spinach. READ MORE

  • Can't lose weight?

Your body has a toxic load greater then it can eliminate. Dead animal flesh is too hard for you to digest and because it is cooked flesh it is void of nutritive value. The only thing that will give you is toxic byproducts from all the processing it requires to break it down and move it out of the body. You will fair greatly by changing your menu to a raw fresh fruit menu for 6 weeks to allow your body to “take out the trash”. I know that probably sounds too simple or backwards because you have been taught that “protein is key”. However, the truth is, “Protein” from flesh foods requires 7 processes to break it down for the extraction of amino acids before it can even be “used” by your body. Add the fact that it becomes denatured and therefore void of value when cocked and it actually does nothing for you. Raw fresh fruit however, is full of amino acids ready for the using upon consuming them. Simple, bioavailable “protein” designed just for your body. Do NOT consume anything besides fruit at any meal you choose to eat fruit. Choose only one type of fruit per meal. Eat as much of that fruit as necessary to feel satisfied and full. If you choose something other then raw fresh fruit for your meal do NOT add fruit to that meal. Never combine a carb and a meat together at any meal. READ MORE

Give your body time to take out the trash - detox- you will be amazed at your energy level after the first two weeks of “taking out the trash”. READ MORE

  • I feel very sick while im water fasting

It is completely normal to feel weak and nauseous when starting a fast. Even through the first few days. This is called the poison clean out phase. You are so freeing your body the rest it needs to “take out the trash”. It’s not a sacrifice - it is a blessing. Just remember to do deep breathing exercises first thing in the morning and last thing before going to bed. Be sure your water is a trustworthy source. Rest and sleep more during your fast to allow the body time to clean out. And when you start eating again take nothing in except fruit - pay close attention to how you feel. What full truly feels like and what hunger truly feels like. If done truly then fruit will fill you easily and keep you feeling full for many hours. Sometimes even as much as 8 hours on one meal of fruit alone. You are a fruibiviour by creation and fruit is the menu designed for you. READ MORE

  • Vitamin Deficiencies

The solution is not in using supplements but rather in changing g your menu so that it doesn’t force your body to eliminate toxins out through your eyes. So now it is using your eye ducts as an additional avenue for eliminating excess toxins. READ MORE
