    Hello, That depends on each body of healing. You want the bone and tissue to heal which generally takes about 8-12 weeks to start the denture fabrication process. However, you can talk to your provider about also doing what are called “immediate dentures” which can be inserted the day of your front teeth extractions.     Hello, Smoking can 1. Pull the blood clot out by creating a negative vacuum which can delay healing and/or cause painful healing such as a dry socket. 2.     Hello, As long as it has been permanently cemented you should in theory be able to chew gum there. I would refrain from gum chewing if it is a temporary bridge or if the bridge is temporarily cemented on.
