Recognized for his unparalleled precision, mastery of the latest image-guided techniques, and highly personalized one-to-one care, Dr. Golshan is a leading vascular surgeon and interventional radiologist. He provides outstanding, personalized care to people of all ages and backgrounds at Beach Wellness MD, located in the Brentwood area of Los Angeles, California.

Specializing in non-surgical vein treatments, his patients trust him for outstanding care for a variety of conditions, including varicose veins, spider veins, venous insufficiency, heavy legs, ankle discoloration, leg pain, and peripheral artery disease. He performs varithena, sclerotherapy, angioplasty, stenting, atherectomy, and several more minimally invasive, in-office procedures.

With a goal to restore and maintain optimal vascular wellness, Dr. Golshan is also a part of the team of professionals at Comprehensive Dermatology of Long Beach. Having treated countless patients, he can definitively say that the time he spends simply talking with people before or after their procedures brings him the most fulfillment. It is the opportunity to build wellness through this one-to-one human connection that makes being a physician, to him, the greatest profession on the planet.

After the sudden death of his father due to a massive subarachnoid hemorrhage, Dr. Golshan was inspired to study interventional radiology. After graduating summa cum laude as valedictorian with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Molecular Biology from the University of California, in Los Angeles (UCLA), he earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Wanting to pursue a career in medicine, he obtained his medical degree from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. This was followed by a residency in radiology at UCLA, and a fellowship in interventional radiology at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore.

Inspired by his father’s values, Dr. Golshan strives to give each patient personalized attention and exceptional care during every visit. They have excellent things to say about him, one stating “Dr. Golshan is an exceptional physician who provides outstanding care and follow-up. He is highly knowledgeable and was available for any and all questions. One of the best physicians I have ever encountered.”

Vascular surgery is a surgical subspecialty in which diseases of the vascular system, or arteries, veins, and lymphatic circulation, are managed by medical therapy, minimally-invasive catheter procedures, and surgical reconstruction. Vascular surgeons are specialists who are highly trained to treat diseases of the vascular system.

Interventional radiology is a medical subspecialty that performs various minimally-invasive procedures using medical imaging guidance such as x-ray fluoroscopy, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, or ultrasound. An interventional radiologist carefully interprets these images to diagnose injury and disease, and to perform a range of interventional medical procedures.
