Get to know Dentist Dr. Denise DiBona, who serves patients in Red Bank, New Jersey.

Dr. DiBona has been practicing dentistry for over 30 years. After all this time, she still finds joy in providing patients with beautiful, healthy, and fully functional smiles at her private dental practice – Denise DiBona, DDS, LLC – located in Red Bank, New Jersey.

Dedicated to comfort, consideration, and excellent dental care, she and her team of skilled professionals see patients as young as two years old. They strive to meet dental needs and goals by offering a wide variety of dental treatments ranging from restorative and cosmetic dentistry to preventive and family dentistry. They also offer orthodontics and dental implants.

A Brooklyn native, Dr. DiBona graduated magna cum laude from New York University and was 5th in her dental class at Stony Brook University. Upon receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree, she completed a one-year residency at Monmouth Medical Center. Prior to opening her practice in Red Bank, she operated a practice for 10 years in Little Silver and another practice in Shrewsbury for 16 years.

An active member of the American Dental Association, Dr. DiBona has received certifications in Invisalign and orthodontics, sleep apnea treatment, implant dentistry (surgical placement), as well as facial rejuvenation and dermal fillers. She is also experienced in sleep apnea and offers facial relaxation to relieve migraine headaches due to TMJ.

“Although it sounds cliché, I truly do enjoy helping people, and I love working with my hands. Dentistry has allowed me to do what I really enjoy while changing people’s quality of life” expressed Dr. DiBona. She believes that one of the most rewarding parts of her job is seeing her patients smile in excitement when they see their new, beautiful look.

Dentistry, also known as Dental and Oral Medicine, is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the oral cavity. Dentists diagnose and treat dental issues and help patients develop better oral hygiene regimens. They clean teeth, correct bite issues, perform surgeries and extractions, and perform other duties to ensure that the teeth and mouth are healthy.

As a way of giving back, Dr. DiBona participates in Donated Dental Services, as well as supports Smile Train and the Blessing Bag Brigade, a local non-profit group that helps the homeless in the New Jersey/New York area.

For her stellar dental work, she has won many awards, including the New Jersey Top Dentist Award in 2014 and 2015, and the Italian-American Professional Recognition Award in 2014. Her education and extensive training set her apart in the dental field.
