How do you self align your hips?
Hello there! Unfortunately, you can't "self" adjust yourself, but you can stretch. Lay flat on your back, bring one knee to your chest and then use the opposite hand to pull your knee across your body to the other side. Or lay on your back, with knees bent, and thrust your hips up. Why does my head hurt after chiropractic?
Honestly, I can't tell you why your head hurts after an adjustment. I'm not sure of your health history and what could be causing you to have a headache. Fortunately, I haven't had a patient experience a headache after and adjustment. Be sure to drink plenty of water after your adjustment.
