Dr. Anmolsingh is a practicing geriatrician with specialized training and education in the area of medical complexities of older patients with chronic medical conditions and in the management of the frail patient. Her current clinical interests focus on falls prevention and memory impairments in the older patient. 

Specializing in primary care for older adults and in comprehensive geriatric assessments, she is in practice with St. Luke’s Senior Care Associates, which is a part of the St. Luke’s University Health Network in Pennsylvania. Consultations are offered for geriatric syndromes such as memory problems, Alzheimer’s disease and other dementia, falls, difficulty walking, constipation, incontinence, mood disorders, and medication management or polypharmacy.

Trained to consider the needs of the whole person, Dr. Anmolsingh focuses on quality of life by improving safety, nutrition, function, mobility, and general well-being. Allowing family members and caregivers to attend appointments and coordinating care with specialists are her guiding principles.

In direct affiliation with her professional industry, she is a member of the American Geriatrics Society, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Eastern Pennsylvania Geriatrics Society , the American Women’s Medical Association, and the Alzheimer’s Association International Society to Advance Alzheimer’s Research and Treatment.

Throughout her academic career, Dr. Anmolsingh graduated with her medical degree from The University of The West Indies in 2001. She then went on to complete  her residency and fellowship at St. Luke’s University Hospital – Warren/ Bethlehem campuses in 2018 and 2019, respectively. 

Licensed to practice medicine in Pennsylvania, she is board-certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM). The ABFM is a non-profit, independent medical association of American physicians who practice in family medicine and its sub-specialties.

Geriatrics, or geriatric medicine, is a specialty that focuses on the health care of elderly people. It aims to promote health by preventing and treating diseases and disabilities in older adults. A geriatrician is a health care provider who focuses on patient well-being and independent functioning. These allopathic or osteopathic health care providers are specifically trained to evaluate and manage the unique health care needs and special treatment requirements of older people.
