Terry J. Lemons, DDS, received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Indiana University Dental School, and completed a General Practice Residency at Emory University. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biological and Physical Sciences from Indiana University. Dr. Lemons is a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the American Society of Implant Reconstructive Dentistry. Dr. Lemons has taken over 500 hours of continuing education. He has taught nursing students Chemistry at Indiana University. And work at the prestigious Krannert Institute of Cardiology for two years prior to dental school as a research technician. Dr. Lemons has been on several mission trips to serve the underprivileged population and children in need. He has sponsored two free dental days for underprivileged children in South Forsyth and North Fulton counties.
