Dr. Singh began musical training at the age of 5. At the age of 18, Balveen (Biba) Singh, DO, was asked to tour in India with a famous Bollywood singer and to sign a 3-year contract at the same time when she was accepted into a 7-year medical program at the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine. A crucial moment in her life, when, despite her passion for singing, she chose to complete her education. While a resident physician, she started working on her first music album in India, which was released in 2009. She continues to also sing in Bollywood and performs and travels often.
