Dr. Ravi Grandhi is an anesthesiologist practicing in Atlanta, GA. Dr. Grandhi spent 9 years at the University of Cincinnati, where he received his BS, MBA, and MD. He is recognized as one who prioritizes patients’ safety and comfort using advanced anesthetic modalities in general and regional anesthesia before, during, and after surgery. His time as chief was marked by significant increases in patient satisfaction and quality combined with significant reinvestments in the infrastructure and expansion of services. Anesthesiologists specialize in general anesthesia (medically inducing sleep), sedation (medically helping the patient become unaware of the procedure), and regional anesthesia (medically numbing a specific part of the body).
