Get to know Chiropractor Dr. Lauren Gregoire, who serves patients in Bonney Lake, Washington.

Well-versed in the field of chiropractic, Dr. Gregoire works with patients at Ideal Motion Chiropractic in Bonney Lake, Washington. She is passionate about patient care and health. Her goal is to share her knowledge so that everyone can lead a healthy and fulfilling life.

Founded in 2015 by Dr. Ashley Anderson-Barnes, Ideal Motion Chiropractic is here to provide patients with the most exceptional chiropractic, rehabilitative, and massage therapy care available. Their staff has nearly a decade of experience to help patients with any muscle or skeletal issues.

Born and raised in Washington State, Dr. Gregoire graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University with her Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Additionally, as a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner (CFMP), she focuses on identifying and addressing the root cause of disease or dysfunction so the body can return to a state of health and wellness using lab testing and nutritional support.

Chiropractic is a form of alternative medicine that mainly deals with the diagnosis and treatment of mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system, especially the spine. A chiropractor uses spinal adjustments, manipulation, and other techniques to manage patients’ health concerns, including neck pain, back pain, headaches, vertigo and a long list of other ailments and conditions. They aim to improve patients’ functionality and quality of life by properly aligning the body’s musculoskeletal structure and enabling the body to heal itself naturally, without the use of medication or surgery. 

On a more personal note, Dr. Gregoire enjoys horseback riding, tennis, cooking, traveling and spending time with her family and friends. She is currently living in Tukwila with her husband and two French Bulldogs, Frank and Stella.
