Rachel is a Florida native growing up in Palm Beach County. She received her undergraduate degree from Florida Atlantic University in 2013 and went on to pursue a Masters of Social Work from Barry University in 2018.

Rachel is trained in trauma informed care and specializes in working with client’s struggling with mental health disorders associated with trauma such as addiction, PTSD, and Borderline Personality Disorder.

Rachel has a passion for working with individuals and families who struggle with addiction bringing 10 years of experience in the Substance abuse field.

Rachel continues to advance her professional skills through training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and is dedicated to meeting the needs of each individual person she works with.
