  • Can you take anxiety pills every day?

Your question should include the perceived source of anxiety. Anxiety is a miss firing of neurons that should otherwise be very quiet. Brain energy is the source of your issues. The energy imbalance stems from mutomitochondria damage. Alcohol, sedentary lifestyle, spikes in blood sugar, sugar especially fructose damages the mitochondria. Get rid of the insults to your mitochondria and things will improve. Train your mind to live in the present moment not past or future. Get outside daily. Watch the sunset and enjoy nature. READ MORE

  • Are medications effective in treating major depressive disorder?

No. They are overall very ineffective. It's your brain energy that's the problem. Damaged mitochondria leading to abnormal brain energy production. Change to very low carb or carnivore diet and go and do something. You will feel better but it takes time. Sugar and refined carbs are wicked and should be avoided like the plague. READ MORE

  • Voltaren gel?

My guess would be tissue penetration. How would the medication get to the site of its intended action. The bigger question is what else can you do to limit inflammation and the overall pain? Diet is key and carnivore is best. If you are eating grains like rice, wheat etc you will have some degree of leaky gut and inflammation. READ MORE

  • Should I take medications for high blood pressure?

Why do you have high blood pressure to start with? Is it sugar or alcohol. See having insulin resistance is real culprit not sodium. Lower carbs lowers insulin and blood pressure drops. BTW. You'll be peeing a kit and need to add somenl salt to your water READ MORE

  • Is there an interaction if I take bricanyl and reseridone?

I don't provide drug information. But I will ask what ails you and how you the patient can help yourself. This may require rolling up your sleeves and changing your lifestyle. Medications don't fix a crappy lifestyle. READ MORE
